- The registration deadline is on May 13th, 2026, 23:59:59 CET
- Upon registration, poster submission and presentation are mandatory
Posters
- Posters should have portrait orientation and a maximum size of A1 (594mm x 841mm)
- Font size: don’t go below 24, Arial
- Posters should be delivered by June 19th, 2026 to the organization (place to be defined)
Presentation
- Presentations should have portrait orientation and should be the representative slide of your poster
- The slide needs to be submitted the latest by June 19th by email to phddays2026@uni.lu
